Wish I could link the small videos I have but I don't have time right now
I'm moving today whoo!
On my way home from running a few errands in town with my mum I spotted this little guy on the side of the road. How I even saw him going that speed is beyond me but I jumped out and scooped him up.
He's now headed for a safe heaven for animal rescue in order to keep him alive without his mother.
Let's hope he gets to fly free and healthy soon! My mum named him Cosmic since I found him on my last day in this state and under such absurd circumstances.
Any animal rescue stories flood?
Update:
Animal Rescue team now has Cosmic in custody. He's a two week old Sparrow. What's neat is they also had a hawk in custody (that they picked up on the way here)
That BoP has pneumonia and they'll be nursing him for release as well!
Update 2:
Animal rescue called and informed me that other than being really dehydrated Cosmic is doing excellent. He is said to stand up and strut around demanding food from the staff at LWAR. Soon he will be old enough to fly

When I was in middle school my brothers and I incubated an egg we found. A little starling hatched out of it like a week and half later, and he looked pretty healthy until our cat ate him.
-
Update: I also just saved a lizard that was stuck between my electric keyboard and tea box The ungrateful jerk bit me twice. Good thing he was an insect eater. No teeth so he just startled me as I yelled "DONT BITE ME DONT BITE ME FOR THE LOVE OF GOD"

Awwww what a cutie patootie c:

There's now one more frightened bird mother in the world who's panicking at the loss of her chick... Still it's in safe hands, well done my friend

Tried getting close to a little bird once, it then proceeded to get ran over by a garbage truck...

Edited by Kafuu Chino: 7/7/2014 8:07:39 AMOP is a real human bean, and a real hero. But I still think that baby birds are ugly as sin . . . (With the exception of chicks and baby kiwis. Those are fucking adorable.)

It's a cute little thing.

This isn't your personal blog, sheesh.

Good work smi! My GF rescued a cat in the middle of February that was all mangled looking from being outside in the winter. It was abandoned and hiding under her car, so she took him in and nursed him back to health. Now he's happy and his fur has all grown back! He loves to headbutt when you pet him.
Wish I could link the small videos I have but I don't have time right now
I saw them, thing was cute/creepy at the same time...

Disgusting piece of trash.

If you don't kill it you don't have time for Destiny
-
You actually probably doomed it. Often momma birds let the babies walk around the floor for days if they fall from nest and come by to feed it here here and there.
-
This isn't your fucking blog. Muted.
Just kidding. I tried saving a bird whose wings got stuck but after giving him water it was clear he couldn't fly and he died
Once saved a dog on the side of the road, we loaded it in the car only to realize that its paws were badly bleeding. So we took it to the nearest animal hospital and I don't remember what happened from there. Those poor leather seats tho.

I saved a bird then my dog ate it. :(
-
Out here in the Wild™ we don't save things. I ain't going to get my human scent all over it.

You should call him twitter
