It almost look like a MiG-21 but the Stabilizers looked square like. Also I'm in the Hampton Roads area so it could be jets gtfo before the Hurricane

Okay so they WERE MiG/Foreign jets but it's a some sort of foreign exchange thing according to some guy in Jacksonville
