That was me in June 2012. Never touched a weight in my life, weighed about 135lbs at 5'10; I'd just turned 17 years old. Was skinny, pale, I did not look good. After getting my arse kicked one day and feeling like a little bitch I decided to hit the gym, got my first membership and since then I've more or less been going consistently for 2 years.

I look good, fill out my shirts, get comments daily. Guys admire it, girls love it. Still got progress to be made but I'm well on my way, by next year I'll look fantastic.
Lol @ you if you don't lift weights. Takes like 5 hours out of your week and the rewards are so worth it. If you need help getting started just ask and I'll do my best to help when I have time.

Tfw you break your arm and your shoulder becomes (and stays) weak as shit I could shoulder press 70kg before which I thought was pretty decent, now I can't even do 5kg on my left arm, yet it's been out of the pot for like a month and half My bicep and tricep are almost back to proportional strength to my right (I say proportional to my right rather than normal strength, cos my right got a bit weaker after not going to the gym :( ) but my shoulder refuses to strengthen

Humble, respectable, and makes videos to show people what they can achieve and even shows his meals and shit on FB (different things like kefir, etc.) He looks absolutely phenomenal and has strength in many aspects of the human body, but he doesn't gloat and LOL@U at people who don't workout, he just tries to motivate them. Not even Zyzz did that. He gloated and acted all conceited and shit on the internet but didn't insult others for not doing it, aside from saying 'do you even lift brah'. He was able to pull the Zyzz act but never took any attention to the hate, he was fine with it. It is clearly shown from the comments you bumped this thread with about how you do train your legs, that they look fine, and that people are just jealous they don't look like you shows how insecure you are about this and how you're being offended. It's getting to you brah. You're literally one thread body edit from turning into b.nets /fit/lonepaul. Either take the hate like Zyzz or learn to be humble and not make a thread like this in the first place.

Need some of your expertise: when I do my shoulder workout, if I go 60kg or higher for barbell press it ruins my joints. I can barely do a lateral raise without a dumbbell for the next couple if days. It sucks because I can physically do 3-4 sets of 8 with 60kg but my joints can't handle it. Advice?
