So I was assuming you'd have the necessary controllers, mice, wires, to put the system together. The $600 is just the sticker price on the rig. If you were going to give a dollar amount for everything from scratch you'd still have to buy a controller, mouse, keyboard, speakers, monitor, etc. So if you were starting PC from scratch you'd still need an additional $200+ in Walmart grade peripherals to get set up. You could easily spend an additional $600 if you wanted quality peripherals. Whereas if you started gaming from scratch on a PS4 the only thing you'd need to provide that wasn't in the box is Ethernet and a TV.
Again I'm not really arguing PRO or CON PC/Console gaming. One you pay [b]far[/b] more on a 1:1 basis, but you can get far more out of it. The other you pay less and get less graphically in exchange for accessibility and ease of use. It's not an argument; it just is.
