So after playing the alpha I can say I am really excited for the final release. One thing I couldn't help but notice was that the alpha version of Old Russia seems to be smaller than the final build. Certain areas of the map were completely closed off by doors and others had that smokey invisible wall. I can't remember where, but in one video they said this is bungie's subtle way of saying that your character is too low level to go here. So overall Old Russia is going to be bigger, just how much bigger is the question.
Then I remembered the behind closed doors demo at 2013's e3. They turn around from the breach in the wall to show a HUGE open space, claiming it is all playable. In the alpha, the terrain looks totally different and is completely closed off. Is this intentional? I am going to guess that they just decided to make the play space much smaller because the e3 2013 build is quite old. What do you guys think, just how big is Old Russia?

Well there was the closed doors towards the watch to the right before you enter devils lair strike and through the building and the sewer was closed off with a huge door in the area before the grotto and another in the shipyards in the building bottom floor with the same door the sewers had...all very exciting
