I feel like Ubisoft is really forgetting the core of their franchise's history. While it's nice that they're bringing us to new places, introducing new characters, and adding new gameplay mechanics, it's repulsive what they've done to the Assassin Order.
While I am a part of the 1% that actually enjoyed ACIII, I was really annoyed with how they completely skipped Achilles teaching Connor the morals and history of the assassins with a simple fade out.
While ACIV was an amazing game, they had even less lore. Pretty much none. Nill. Zip. We got absolutely nothing, and the amount of PoE time was weak. We got NSA blood cubes. That was it. Where's the morality, the story, the powerful Pieces of Eden?
Ubisoft better not -blam!- ACU's story up.

I became disgruntled after AC II. Now I don't buy AC games anymore.
