Good interview with Shadows of Mordor dev.
One of my most anticipated games and this explained and expanded upon my observations thus far. If you're interested in this game I'd suggest this video. It's a good watch.

I do not watch him much anymore, but his interviews are always awesome. He asks good questions. His Destiny one was good too.
