Since the game is always online you are always interacting with other people, so yeah this would be a great idea. Hearing someone scream in the distance or shouting wild cuss words when they meet a high-level enemy would be pretty awesome too :D.

Why is it not already in the game? :/

I heard it had something to do with performance issues, imagine the game trying to load a ton of people's voices in the tower at once :(... but that could make sense.
