Before E3, did you have doubts about Destiny?
... I did. But the past week has renewed my faith in the game, just watching the two trailers that are linked on Bungie's home page. I didn't play the Alpha. Didn't feel I needed to.
The little I know about the game is fine. No need to know the ins and outs of it before it's released, that's why you play the game.
Bungie, you sold it.
