I have two little questions.
They offered the surviving Spartan-II's and III's to integrate into the Spartan-IV Project. I'm not sure about the Spartan-III's, but what would Spartan-II's gain from integrating into it when their augmentations are superior already?
Is it possible the surviving Forerunners would rise against the Didact if he would continue trying to stop humanity from claiming the Mantle?

For whatever reason, it currently seems they chose to not join up. At least the SPARTAN-IIs. Is it particularly likely? No, not really.
