Searching 'Jul Hebrew' and 'Mdama Hebrew' doesn't return any relevant results for me.
Likewise, even if there is a Hebrew influence, [i]that doesn't mean that the Sangheili are Jewish[/i]. That just sounds completely ridiculous.
