Lord of Admirals' 2014 Halo Lore Q&A

Most of you might not remember, but last summer, I did a big Q&A of Halo lore. So, I thought I'd make this an annual occurrence around E3. Basically, if you want to test my knowledge of Halo lore or want something in Halo's story explained, ask it here! Feel free to PM me questions when this thread dies down too! • I have a few questions. 1. Is it possible that Agent/Spartan Locke is a Spartan-II? 2. I'm not sure if it was Serin Osman or Margaret Parangosky (I believe Parangosky) who hated Dr. Halsey for those flash clones and all the lives lost for the Projects. But did she actually hate the Spartan-II's who fought in the Human-Covenant War? 3. Are there other Graveminds active in the Galaxy? 4. Where do the remaining Forerunners stand on Humanity claiming the Mantle? I believe the Didact stood trial at the end of Halo 4, so they must have some different viewpoints on that.
