What exactly did the Librarian do to Master Chief to make him resistant to the composer?

She activated his geas, modifying his molecular make up.

Accelerated his evolution.

What were the precise effects of doing so? Or do we not know that yet?

We know one was his resistant to the composer, but that's it for now.

Hmm. I'm guessing advancing his evolution should have many other effects, I guess we'll have to see though. Unless the Librarian only modified him so he could resist the composer, and nothing else.
