It got glassed a few year prior. Take a guess what's happening.
-
It's probably just coming out of rehab. No, seriously, at the end of Reach, it looks fine.

Edited by BannedLemön: 6/12/2014 6:24:54 PMThat cutscene at the end of Reach with Halsey talking takes place decades after Reach was glassed. Halo 4 is only 5 years after it got glassed.

Yeah, I know. What's happening on it? I'm pretty sure a planet takes a little longer than a few decades to recuperate from glassings.

Edited by BannedLemön: 6/12/2014 6:29:10 PMThe planet got glassed. It's a barren wasteland. So there's nothing happening on it. What more do you want?
-
I'm talking about at the time of Reach's ending.
-
It's getting recolonized, as seen from the actual cutscene in Reach. Do you not pay attention to games or something?
-
All we saw was a space ship in the background. I'm somehow supposed to infer from that they're recolonizing it? It could be a rogue ship, or scavenger for all we know. I do pay attention, but obviously, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I don't know what you expected. You asked what was happening on Reach during H4, and you got an answer. Now you're asking about the end cutscene from Reach, and you got an answer.
-
I was hoping we knew a little bit more than that.

Nothing. It's a cold barren wasteland that continues to die as a result of the extensive glassing it received, destroying its ecosystem and evaporating the oceans and atmosphere.
