Lord of Admirals' 2014 Halo Lore Q&A
Most of you might not remember, but last summer, I did a big Q&A of Halo lore. So, I thought I'd make this an annual occurrence around E3.
Basically, if you want to test my knowledge of Halo lore or want something in Halo's story explained, ask it here!

2 RepliesIn halo 4s spartan ops, spartan IVs are allowed to deploy with all manner of weaponry, be it human, covenant, or Promethean. Would the UNSC actually allow that? I'd imagine that covenant weaponry would be understandable given that we've had long time, and wide spread access to it, but Promethean tech seems like it would more than likely be filed away as ONI assets.

3 RepliesWhy are Forerunner weapons in Halo 4 on par with UNSC and Covenant weapons? Shouldn't Promethean guns be leaps snd bounds ahead of anything a Tier 2 civilization could create?

How old is Dr. Halsey? What happened to the Fist of Rukt after tartarus was killed at the end of halo 2? What other monitor ais do we know of other than 343 Guilty Spark, 2401 Penitent Tangent and 049 Abject Testament? Why do the structures seen in the mission Delta Halo look so much different than other forerunner structures?

3 RepliesIs the Flood still active on Delta Halo? If not, that's a plot hole the size of the portal over New Mombasa. Much of them went to High Charity, but I highly doubt they all got off the ring. Also, how the heck does the Gravemind get his tentacles many many miles from the crashed High Charity on the Ark to the control room where the Prophet of Truth is?

1 ReplySo a quick question. Why does the MA5 (all models) have a round counter and compass instead of a sight? How do you accurately fire it without a HUD or smart scope? I guess you don't which is why Marines die in two seconds. No helmet? Dead. No HUD whatsoever? Dead.

1 ReplyHalsey didn't technically know about the Spartan III's until after she and Jun got back to CASTLE Base and she erased Araqiel from existence and accessed Ackerson's files, right? So is this saying that she just trusted these random Spartans in MJOLNIR armor with Cortana?
