1 ReplyI think it's because people who buy Nintendo are satisfied by the games, price, and community. X1/PS4 people need to justify their purchases in order to feel satisfied. PC just wishes that Steam Sales left them with enough money to get Nintendo exclusives. [spoiler]Opinions, based on observations.[/spoiler]

It's the same thing when PlayStation talks with PlayStation or Xbox with Xbox. A lot of Nintendo gamers get way more aggressive, especially if they are older and think they need to justify or compensate their taste.

16 RepliesI've added more WiiU fans as friends in the last month then I have 360 fans in four years, so... I have to agree. Maybe we're less competitive, and more about fun, or maybe just more fun in our competitive-ness. Not sure.

That's because Nintendo fans are ironically more mature than "mature console" gamers since the online community consists of people who are old enough to have moved past the "fun, bright, colorful games are for kids" stage in the teenage years and are just in it for a good time now.

1 ReplyBecause no other console has anything comparable to the 1st party Nintendo games. Gamers can argue about Killzone, uncharted, and gran tourism vs forza, halo, and gears all day but what do the other consoles have to compare to Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Pokemon, Legend of Zelda?
