Each faction vendor I looked at had three different shaders each. There are also some non-faction shaders, but they require level 20. All in all, I think there will be enough variance for everyone to enjoy. :)

Is each shader like a primary and a secondary color or...?

Edited by MoonDawg: 6/10/2014 11:07:53 PMBasically. It really depends on which shader you're using. The Future War Cult shaders make you red, yellow, and blue while the New Monarchy shaders make you red and white. The shaders are all preset colors in the Alpha, but there are a lot to choose from!
