...is that there are no USB Ports on the back side. It really urks me that I have to plug my A50's into the front of the console. It looks annoying as hell.
On the other hand, the Xbox One's got plenty of ports on it's backside.
I prefer the way the One looks in comparison to the PS4. In both console and controller. And if they (MS/Sony, respectively) decide to do remakes of their consoles, I really think Sony should consider this.
ITT: Post your gripes about the "next-generation".

Edited by Tyger: 6/9/2014 12:34:37 PMThe L2 button on one of my controllers squeaks when I first start playing Oh and the earbud doesn't fit my ear very well, but then again most don't.
-
My only gripe is the entire console.
-
Lack of backwards compatibility.
-
My gripes: Download times PS+ games suck (except a few) Broadcast issues
-
Edited by pewpewpistol: 7/23/2014 9:48:19 PMMy only gripe is how delicate the R2 and L2 buttons feel. My one controllers R2 button actually broke once. Sent it to sony and they fixed it for free thank god. But I have noticed the controller that was sent back, the triggers felt different and it's been 5 months and I haven't had any problems, but I still worry I'll break it again.
-
My only gripe is the complete lack of games. I'll be the first to admit that I'm jealous of xboners getting killer instinct, PvZ, and the inevitable halo 2 anniversary. Sony seriously needs to step it up with the games come E3. Tired of waiting for greatness.

I clearly see a USB port on the back?

Can you hook up an Ipod to a ps4 and play music from it?
-
-The PS4 has no sound if I turn my TV on after the console. -The PS4 controller feels cheap. -The Xbone can only record 5 minutes of gameplay max. -The Xbone bumpers are on hinges, so the closer to the center of the controller that you press them, the harder it is to press them in.
-
The downgrade of the Xbox controller
-
I might sound lame for saying this, but the PS4 looks too "slanted" to fit with the rest of my devices. Basically everything I have--my PC, stereo, Xbox 360, Xbone--are black boxes. The PS4 just doesn't fit in well with that.
-
the inb4s tho
-
Off topic, but I really hope Microsoft stops using all it's time trying to attract the casual crowd. Let's hope Phil Spenser was serious when he wants more focus on the gaming community. OT: I wish rechargeable battery packs were the standard on the Xbox One.

Only one USB port on the xbox one. Lack of games being released. Lack of continuity from last to current (next) gen. Smart glass blows
...is that there are no USB Ports on the back side. It really urks me that I have to plug my A50's into the front of the console. It looks annoying as hell.
I have this exact goddamn problem. Other issues I have: - lack of themes/dynamic themes - no friend notifications; I'd like to be able to pick which friends can receive notifications when I get online, and which ones will notify me if they get online - games being strewn throughout the home screen gets annoying if you have a lot of games; they should all be in the library, not the home screen - health and safety warning slows down the startup process
-
The two usb ports are annoying. I have a wireless dongle and my charger in, if sony adds external hd support I'm going to be in a bind
-
My one issue with the X1 are the bumpers on the controller. I can easily live with it, but it could be better.
-
I have an X1 and the only bones to pick for me are No background/Theme customisation (but MS have said they are working on it) No voice messages from 360 work Kinect reliability can be shocking if it is not properly calibrated No backwards compatibility But it gets vastly better every update, just this month GWG has arrived, external hard drive support and a redesigned store. And FINALLY it is becoming an entertainment hub, plus all dem games, the PS4 may have the current advantage but the X1 improves vastly every month, it's futureproof. And Smartglass is great too, alongside the uber-useful HDMI in (?) port it has, i use it to play my 360 through the TV app, so BC is already a feature for me really and the Kinect IR blaster But respect to PS for getting it right this time, i loved my PS1 & PS2 so a bit of healthy competition is great

Lead by example and all that.
/flamebait
My PS4 is broken. NAT is permanently type 3, no matter what you do to the damn thing But I can swap it for a different one

Edited by Ghost 0f Dawn: 6/8/2014 10:45:22 PMAre you a PS3? No? Then don't gripe. You only ever gripe up, never down. Fubar.
-
My gripe: No games. You announce From's new game as a PS4 exclusive, then you can have me.
-
My gripes: - No dynamic themes - Not a lot of good avatars to choose from - Can't use my phone to play songs from it(from when I last checked) That's all I got right now.
-
My biggest gripe is the lack of backwards compatibility.
