The Earth… our home, and the starting point from which humanity first pushed itself into the galaxy. Most of our planet was abandoned long ago. In the wake of The Collapse people fled from all over the solar system back to Earth and erected a city underneath The Traveler, our savior. The city is our last light in a sea of darkness, but it is from this city on Earth that we shall once again step forth and take back what we lost. Very few have traveled outside the walls since the Titans erected them, but based on privileged information, and some knowledge which has been handed down through generations, there are things we know about the areas beyond our sanctuary.
Every corner of the planet Earth promises to be as diverse as its people, with environments ranging from the humid, encroaching, rainforests of the Mumbai-Push to the cold, rusting, tombstones of cars that litter the abandoned highways of Old Russia. We also have heard scattered reports of Old Chicago, and the European Dead-Zone. Crumbling structures of concrete and steel serve as monuments to the places where humanity once maintained civilization. Left alone for generations, many of these places are now home to our enemies. If we do not wish to be erased from the face of the universe, we will need to drive these enemies out.
Guardians-- that time is drawing near.
