Halsey in Halo 5: Guardians
With the recent announcement of Halo 5, one of the questions that struck me was the purpose of the ONI Spartan.
Then it became clear. Palmer failed to kill that old bitch Halsey and now she's working with the Covenant. So ONI created a new Spartan to kill Halsey because she is an egghead and spawn of the devil.
