Xbox One E3 2014 leak was bollocks. Here's why.
Aside from the obvious reasons (is there any demand for a Ryse sequel?), there's this:

Which was actually announced this week. With two games and no mention of a choice.

Maybe they announced it earlier than planned. The fact that that was posted prior to the actual announcement validates it even more. Same with the price drop.
