God is omnipotent, meaning the laws of nature do not affect him. What seems impossible to us isn't to Him, because we operate under the laws of nature.

And it's easy to dismiss it, because you grew up on, live, and operate under the laws of nature. What seems impossible to you can be thrown away easily, but if you reflect on the possibility of a being being capable of not falling within the rules of our lives, then you realize that it isn't an unsound belief. It explains how something indeed come from nothing, since nothing and something are principles of the laws of nature that we live under.
It explains how something indeed come from nothing, since nothing and something are principles of the laws of nature that we live under.
so then why do people dismiss the big bang as "something can't come from nothing" if god created things from nothing? while god may not be subject to laws of physics and nature, the things he created are.
