In south limburg(province of holland), when people meet each other on the street they just say "enne?" to each other. Enne could be translated to "and?" It's basically an inquiry towards how the other person is doing.
So one person says "enne?" And the other person responds with: "jah, ook enne hea." Which translates to: "yeah, also and hey"
It never made sense and it still doesn't.
