Patrol
Last week Bungie revealed another game mode called "Patrol". For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, it's basically a free roam mode where you are dropped in an area and do whatever your heart pulls you to. What I want to know is what will your heart pull you to? Will you explore to find cool spots and Easter eggs? Grind to reach max superiority? Machinimate?? Post what [i]you'll[/i] be doing in this game mode.

I love this mode its just an epic idea,you know those moments when you are tired of competitive BLAM and you just want to ride your Shrike and chill...Love it :D

2 RepliesSometimes I'll just roam on foot taking in the world around me. Other times I hope to run into a lone wolf or two and smash alien ass before saluting. Then off on our separate paths we go.

1 ReplyI'll be doing all the things. definitely gonna see if you can get all the way to the mountain in the old-Russia video, along the way a few detours maybe kill some fallen or hive along the way, explore some ruins(if any) and then crack a joke about the great journey when I get there as a tip off to halo(Xbox game(duuuhh)) and journey(PS game).

2 RepliesHi I'm new in this community I just read your tread and thought:" If patrol is the free roaming mode of destiny where you can go wherever you want, then it's the mode that was shown at e3 last year...and also if we think properly we only saw public event in this patrol mode so public events are the one thing that recall you back to action when you're on your journey" please tell me what you think about it

6 RepliesKnowing bungie Il spend most of my time lost looking at the beautiful skyboxes. Other than that i just want to explore as much of the world(s) as possible. (10 glimmer says we will find the reach intro helmet somewhere on either earth or mars i know its not a halo game but that's just to easy of an Easter egg to pass up)

I plan to go everywhere in the patrol areas. Looking for loot and lvl grinding at the same time.
