Just how much are players able to free roam? I know that we can go and do whatever we like on one particular location like Old Russia for example, but can players travel to other planets and locations at will? I heard somewhere that players have to have a quest in that location in order to travel there, but they can essentially do what they want when they get there. Is this true?
