How is Chief winning? I mean this is Professor X we're talking about. He can do almost anything.

Profesor X would control and make Chief go rampant and crazy and maybe contain him. As far as I like Chief, he can't.

Game over Chief. Even if Chief was shielded from prof X's power he still would have every ally turn against him. The captain of the ship he is on just activated the self destruct, the plane is is on just crashed on purpose, the buddies beside him just turned to shoot him in the back. Even if he some how manages to get to prof X he can just jump into a different body and Chief wouldn't even know who he was fighting anymore.

If Xavier were a machine instead of a person, and he had the same powers, he could probably control the chief through his com relays, but other than using civilians against him, Xavier has no edge, and even against the entire city, chief could still reach Xavier to snap his neck in no time flat.
