NASA unveils new Mars Space Suit

2 RepliesKinda wish they were able to get these up and running. Instead of pressurizing with air these would have relied on mechanical pressurization from the semi-rigid ribs in the suit to keep the body pressurized. It'd also be safer because unlike a suit pressurized with air it wouldn't de-pressurize if you poked a hole in it. Last I heard they hadn't got the life support systems integrated yet. 1 ReplyAt least they chose the least shitty of the three shitty designs. Seriously, they all look like Vogon/Krogan hybrids and have absolutely no charm when compared to the old Spacesuits. It looks like some shitty new age modern art egg cup holder design monkey got a hold of nasa by the shrektum and made these abominations. I bet these suits will be the reason why we start a war with an alien race, they'll take one look and just start shooting.
