There can be only one!

I've learned never to trust reviews after Man of Steel, I'm sure that real fans will be pleased with the film. Also
A monster? No, a god.
I'm actually really excited to see it. >mfw I opened spoilers not expecting it to contain a spoiler.
-
Well yeah, most superhero movies do tend to suck.

Edited by HurtfulTurkey: 5/1/2014 4:01:56 PMMovie Bob says it's basically just Sony letting investors window shop for the upcoming sequels and that it provides no momentum for the series.

It was actually quite excellent as far as spider man films have gone.
It closes the arc on Gwen Stacy quite well, opening up to the next arc perfectly.
The RT score is usually the highest it will ever be pre-release. I figured it would be going down but I wouldn't be surprised if it went back up to "fresh" after this weekend. I'm planning to see it tonight but I'm not expecting big things.
-
I've heard it being referred to as the stepping stone for The Sinister Six movie. It's nothing special apparently.
-
First one sucked, I have no faith in the second. There are some actually decent movies I'll spend my money on, thank you very much. Plus Andrew Garfield can't act... fangirls saved that guy's career.
-
I hated the first one.
-
I knew it was going to be shit the moment the credits rolled on the last one. In that same moment, I also realized the third would be shit too.
-
I don't trust Rotten Tomatoes after Man of Steel.

Edited by Crazy Llama: 5/1/2014 3:56:30 PMI will, I've been a Spidet-fan since I was a kid, so I hope I can still enjoy it, even if it isn't a cinematic masterpiece.

I'll give it a go.
