First time, no less. Super happy. Now I can drive around wheresoever I wish or something!
3 minors: took a corner too wide, followed a car too closely and blocked part of a crossing, and left my indicator on too long at one point.
How many of you are leaning? How many have been driving for years? How many times did it take you? Can you remember any faults?
-
The next day... Tar has died in a very bad car crash... Those who pass, fail.
-
Congrats! And yes I also passed on the first try. The only mistake I made was to put on the emergency brake for uphill parking.
-
Being able to drive on your own is great. I passed my test on the first try also.
-
Passed my standard drivers and my CDL test first try. My only infraction was during my CDL test. The instructor waited until I drove over a bridge and asked me what the weight limit of it was. I didn't bother to read the sign, so I had no idea.
-
And then you buy a car and realize having a car payment blows and that gas is ridiculously overpriced. Welcome to working solely for your car payment. Another words, you're broke.
-
Kewl, what car you wanna get?
-
Passed first time, a mere 6 minors.
-
Good job m8

Edited by Rahm: 4/30/2014 3:05:57 PMI've been driving for three years. I got my license on the first try, even though I committed a war crime against the cones in the parallel parking section.
-
We are all -blam!-ed.
-
Good for you man. I've been driving for about 5 years now.
-
I'm fine with practical but I'm nervous about the theory test. Stupid -blam!-ing theory test.
-
Edited by Plain Ben: 4/30/2014 2:09:09 PMI passed my test on the second try back in 2011, the first time I got too many minors but can't remember what for. Second time the examiner was my friend's dad and that probably helped me >_> Grats on the pass, that feel of relief once you're told you've passed, feels good.
-
Well pick me up I need a ride to put my truck in the shop

Edited by Atremo: 4/30/2014 2:06:09 PMCongrats. Been driving for 13 years. I am a drive instuctor for advanced driving. I have a race license and also give lessons in racing motorcycle for amateurs
-
Good job.

I have been driving since 2007. The three point turn was my only enemy.. I drive like a boss, using only one hand. I've only been in a bumper bender incident.. The car I hit wasn't moving and was blocking the entrance to get off the highway. I didn't see it till I was turning the corner. Luckily I didn't get a ticket and no insurance claim was made.. But man.. I acted as if I killed someone by accident that day.

Congrats, TarTar sauce!
-
Congrats, I failed mine because of a -blam!-ing cyclist. Got 3 minors for speed otherwise.
-
I barely had to do anything to pass. I remember I just barely backed in while parallel parking and the instructor didn't make me finish. Haha. Also not during my test but while learning, I nodded off slightly a couple times and my teacher didn't say anything. I really shouldn't even be allowed to drive.
-
Congratulation Tartan. What car are you planning on purchasing?
I AM A GOD
-
Nice insurance bro
-
It's not that hard. I knocked down a cone while parking and I still passed.
-
Congrats. I think I passed on the second time.
-
I started learning aged 27 and passed when I was 28, but it took me 3 attempts at my practical exam. Well done!
