If you plan on getting a new console and want the beta access, then get a ps4. The same people that bought bungie's games early on can buy a ps4 too there is nothing that's completely bounding them to an xbox console.

You realize that not only is this old news it makes sense to give them access early? Bungee spent ten years with one company. They need to entice the old competition to buy their game on the Sony platform. So take a deep breath and calm down. No one said that the Xboxes weren't getting the beta.
