Games like Final Fantasy 14 and World of Warcraft have a small window for people to use their keyboard to communicate if they don't have a mic. Being that we haven't seen anything hat would have us insinuate the same in Destiny, do you think we will have to purchase a mic to be able to communicate with each other. Would you purchase a mic if that is the case? Would you rather do without communicating? What are your thoughts?

Xbox Ones come with two mics.

They've confirmed that voice chat is limited to your fireteam, so it'll only be the three of you communicating that way. However, they said they will have "other means" for us to communicate with the rest, so I assume that in public, we'll have a more extensive emote/pre-made message system of some sort.

I'd assume that if you're playing a shooter, then the gaming headset would be the best way to go. The PSN has a built in text message system already, so the game will mot likely implement this as well. I have headset already.
