My computer was plugged in, all switches were turned on (PSU switch, wall plug socket), and I got a tingly shock feeling from my PC case when I touched it(moved my finger across it) whilst I was holding the end of my HDMI cable (I was touching the contacts).
This also happens when i touch my case when my iPod charger is plugged into my 360 or TV (360 or TV was turned on).
What the hell is this?
I really hope it's not a fault in the house wiring.
I'm actually being serious for once.
And no, I didn't sell it. Check the tags of that other thread for your answer.
EDIT: Yes, I've asked Tom's Hardware. They were no help at all.
EDIT: Been speaking with Crantius Colton. He said he's almost certain it's my PSU.
Going to get my uncle to bring his computer down to see if his does the same.

European outlets are weird, but do you know where the ground port is? Get a light copper wire and attach it to the ground, and also attach it to the metal case of your PC. This should obliterate any static.
