cap 2 is the best comic book movie since the dark knight
no doubt about it, imo. what are your thoughts on the movie?

4 RepliesIt wasn't as good as The Avengers, and sure as hell not The Dark Knight (best comic book film ever IMO), but it was still brilliant, a shining 8/10. Every Phase 2 film seems to be better than its prior counterparts (not hard to top CA1, mind). Let's hope Guardians continues that before Age of Ultron.

Completely agree,the Hype is real,I loved how realistic it was and it blended a lot of lore into the Marvel universe seemlessly,with the hint to Stephen Strange and the Scarlet witch and Quicksilver Easter eggs who also appear in the New X men movie.

Well, I havent seen it so i will reserve judgement, but I didn't like the Avengers..or the first one, or nearly any superhero movie for that matter. I love superheros and comic books, but i feel the movies always fail at them. The dark night was ok, as was the new superman, a long with some x-men, but none are actually great imo, they all miss it

I thought it was a good superhero movie. Though Christopher Nolan's Batman Trilogy is better, imo. Especially the last two vs Captain Murica: Winter Soldier.

21 RepliesI don't think it's quite where Avengers was at and between it and IM1 is a bit of a tossup for me. Definitely one of the best cb movies and a huge improvement to the series after IM3 and Thor 2.
