Destiny is just Warframe with an open world.
Customizable Characters-Check
A ton of weapons, each separated into categories-Check
Gear-Check
Loot-Check
Based in Solar System-Check
Able to hold three weapons-Check
Different types of movement-Check
Carrier/Ghost-Check
Hell,with the exception of an open world, Warframe is better cuz you get to have more melee weapons and you get to go more places in the solar system.

Destiny is copying a ton of other games too. This is why a lot of people initial reaction to seeing destiny is "oh that looks like borderlands+halo" or something. Yeah I understand that destiny doesn't have the light of innovation halo did but is that a bad thing?
