Xbox One has taken Halo from us and one day Bungie says it will be back. My pre-ordering of Destiny has happened long ago and the future Halo has been pre-ordered as well. One could say I have created my own hope for the greater expectation's that lie ahead with Bungie.
Unfortunately, here I (and maybe many others) will remain; stuck with this boring box that constantly expects me praise it by name to get it to perform some service (or more likely to get it to turn-off or stop something that decided to act on its own). Yet the names I seek to call out are Halo and Destiny because I know I will finally be entertained when they arrive.
So this post is written because I do not know how much longer I can take this useless device (and I know I cannot change the wait time for the releases). I figured I would "ask" Bungie here, in this post, for consideration to be invited to the non-public testing of Destiny (if it has begun) as I would really like to participate in something meaningful. There is nothing else (I like) worth spending money on to make this Xbox One more useful.
I ask that those who may have some reflection of the experience above to express their thoughts on the waiting in a positive way. Join me, tell your story and as ask Bungie, post by post, player by player for an early spot on the non-public testing of Destiny.
This is what I am asking for here and the point of this post.
Bungie please give me some reason to turn on this thing. It was your Halo/our Halo which provided the reason for me turning the Xbox on in the past. I need your help now before boredom takes control as it is obvious some desperation is present in these words:)
I do not hold you at fault Bungie for our loss of your worlds on X1. Is is no small task to do what you have done in the past and with what you have carried forward in skill and knowledge; I am sure your new endeavors will reflect kindly on the makers of the box of plastic with a white circle. You produce the entertainment I truly miss.
The ONLY reason I bought an Xbox One was to play the possible (at the time) release of the New Halo exclusive and then of course Destiny. If Destiny plays better on the PlayStation4 then, you can bet I will own one of their consoles as well. I look forward to the opportunity to play with others from around the world and an early participation/peek if such an opportunity is available.
