[u]Rabbit[/u] It has its own taste. I can't describe it accurately. It's like deer but not as strong in taste. Goes quite nicely with spaetzle. I liked it. [u]Duck[/u] Absolutely delicious if done right; especially the skin. For a bird it has rather dominant, good taste on itself - probaly due to the fat. The meat is very succulent compared to chicken and you have lot more to eat.
