Just think; electrified swords, vibro-axes, plasma spears, energy knuckledusters... Imagine jousting on Pikes... But the question is; Are these things viable game mechanics and if so will they be implemented? Discuss!

I feel like blades of any type should be used via melee button, but be able to equip various types and upgrade them. I wouldn't want sword wielding in this type of game. Just my opinion.
