Have you ever eaten these meats?
I'll name a few and if you have eaten them please say what you think about them, and how they taste.
Rabbit
Alligator
Turtle
Bison
Duck

I've had rabbit many times, but have never cared for it. Wild rabbit is tough and gamey.

Eaten Alligator, Bison, and Shark, also I ate Elk instead of beef for around 3 years when I used to live in northern Alberta

[u]Rabbit[/u] It has its own taste. I can't describe it accurately. It's like deer but not as strong in taste. Goes quite nicely with spaetzle. I liked it. [u]Duck[/u] Absolutely delicious if done right; especially the skin. For a bird it has rather dominant, good taste on itself - probaly due to the fat. The meat is very succulent compared to chicken and you have lot more to eat.

Not bad, little meat very muscley Fantastic, have it all the time its common here in Florida because I literally walk past a swamp full of gators everyday on my way to class (pictured above) Had it in soup form so mainly just tasted the soup ingredients. Very normal tasting. Imagine low quality steak. Very very good when prepared right. I recommend having a chinamen make it for you because they seem to care about that shit.

All but gata. Rabbit was lean and if not cooked properly its dry. Turtle and Duck taste like chicken but have a more of a savory taste. Bison is like more marbled version of beef.

Duck and rabbit. I don't particularly like the taste of either. The rabbits we snared were very gamey and the duck I had was too dry, so I didn't get a good idea of how it tasted moist.

Nope.. Closest I've eaten to bison was buffalo. Or was it the other way around?

No but there is a market stall that sells exotic types of meat in the town centre. I've always wanted to try some.
