Best SimCity Game

Some people don't like SimCity 4, but with Rush Hour I think it's easily the best one. Haven't played the new SimCity, and it looks bretty bad. Is it worth picking up?

SimCity 4 is still the best. I prefer the 2D style to the 3D (same case with RollerCoaster Tycoon). Plus the mods for that game really enhance the experience.
