How much science will be in Destiny?

How much science will be in Destiny? One of my favourite parts of science fiction is, well, the science behind it. I know that Bungie is turning a blind eye towards somethings for the fun of the game, but hopefully there is some stuff that is expanded on. How much science do you want in Destiny?

Science is replaced with space magic in Destinys universe. I dont expect to see much actual science behind anything in the game.
