Games with pretty skyboxes
I really did have my concerns for Titanfall's aesthetics after the beta (Both Fracture and Angel City were pretty bland looking), but then the full game blew me away in this department. Especially outpost 207 and Demeter.

I always loved the Northern Lights in Skyrim. Every Halo games has had breathtaking sky boxes as well, but I'm guessing you all knew that.

6 RepliesHalo 2. Well pretty much every Halo besides Halo 4 had amazing skyboxes. I remember playing Halo 2 and Halo CE when I was younger and would look up at the sky and just look at everything. It made me think and wonder about everything there is in the Halo universe.

1 ReplyPersonally I appreciated mass effect and skyrim's skyboxes. They always seemed massive and many a times I'd take a break and admire some artists pain-stakingly detailed art work.

Every Halo game. Ever. Except Wars since you don't really get to see the sky. Bungie excels at skyboxes and even 343i did a good job with them. I think there's something secret in Sage's beard that allows him to make such good ones. Possibly space magic of some kind.

Reach had some ridiculous skyboxes. It's a shame that they were covered with fog.

I remember playing halo 3's 'the storm' and just looking at the skybox for like 10 minutes
