Specifically I want to know whether you think the higher more motivational aspirations help you succeed or if the lower more realistic aspirations help you succeed. And if both, which does a better job?
So I guess there are a few possibilities here:
1. Your aspirations and dreams do not affect your success at all
2. Higher aspirations positively affect your success, more so than lower aspirations
3. Lower aspirations positively affect your success, more so than higher aspirations
4. Higher aspirations negatively affect your success, worse than lower aspirations
5. Lower aspirations negatively affect your success, worse than higher aspirations
6. Higher aspirations positively affect your success; lower aspirations negatively affect your success
7. Lower aspirations positively affect your success; higher aspirations negatively affect your success
It'd be better if I made two threads for this topic, one that asked whether or not you think dreams and aspirations can affect your success and a thread that questioned whether higher aspirations or lower aspirations were better or worse for you. Either way, go ahead and discuss.

#2 I may feel like a worthless shit at times but it not scares me to work harder and do better to reach that goal, and in the end I'm glad I worked harder.

If you aim high you will eventually hit the mark. Aiming low might get you something, but you might always be unsatisfied.
