I would have said 'no' before I listened to this. Really cool guy, really good way of explaining things, great to just listen to. You're more open minded in this case than I was before this, so while it probably won't be a revelation or whatever, it's fun to listen to. Skip to 27:50 for the start of the section. Skip to 29:00 for burnt almonds. Title of the video is irrelevant, but ironic. :(
