How do we know that Pyramid Head isn't a girl?
I mean we never heard it speak, and plus it wears a dress. How do people just "assume" that it's a guy? I mean even the muscles, it could just be one of those chicks that work out!

It's a butcher's smock, not a dress. And Pyramid Head is presumably male because he represents Jame's desire to be punished for his wifes death.
