Why is the alternate word for "molestation" banned...

...When molestation is the one almost exclusively used to describe sexual violence? Neither word bothers me, and the filtering of them is a minor annoyance I can live with, but the inconsistency seems odd. The M word
1. To disturb, interfere with, or annoy. 2. To subject to unwanted or improper sexual activity.
The R word
1. The crime of forcing another person to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse. 2. The act of seizing and carrying off by force; abduction. 3. Abusive or improper treatment; violation: a -blam!- of justice.
See that, it has two non-sex definitions vs molestation only having one non-sexual use. So why is molestation not banned as well?
And can we ban the word "van" while we are at it? :P
