I certainly enjoyed it, though that doesn't meant it didn't have some serious flaws. The campaign was probably the most emotional story yet, and I loved the characterization of the Chief. One the other hand, the lack of an explanation of the Didact pissed me off, and I didn't really care for the flying section at the start of the last level. Multiplayer wasn't terrible, and it's certainly gotten better, but I'm not a fan of having to unlock loadouts, the heavy integration of custom loadouts, and the lack of gametype variety. Spartan Ops was a fun experiment, but it wasn't, for lack of a better word, experimental enough. Basically, it was too much like a regular Halo campaign, and the missions often became more tedious than engaging and fun. The second half of season 1 was a bit of an improvement, but it still needed to go further. Try out something new, experiment (there's that word again), see what works and what doesn't. Also, make the mini-movies have something more to do with the gameplay sections.
