What digital art program would you recommend? [spoiler]I bought Black Ink a while back, it's cool, but missing a lot of tools. It is a beta program so I'd imagine they'll add the smudge tool I desire at some point.[/spoiler]

Honestly SAI is a beginner non professional program. I highly recommend it for hobby. It's easy to use and learn and it's pretty popular eastern side. Photoshop is better for professional work an required to use for most art companies.
