Anyone pick up Garden Warfare yet? The game looks extremely fun IMO. I'm just a little skeptical. The $40 price point might cause me to pick it up though. I need honest opinions on the game.
EDIT: I picked up the game last night and got a few games in. I understand that the game isn't mean't to be taken completely serious, but I feel that people are playing this game with all intent of abusing easy to use features. The helicopter turret things and range shooting with the cactus and rockets seem to be the most annoying over-used things in the game. I can't really form an opinion on the game yet. If I get through another handful of games though and cactus/rockets are the only things used, I'm probably going to start hating the game.

I have a little more time into it now and I'm starting to enjoy it. Whether or not it keeps my attention for long is yet to be determined. I'm also seeing players choose different playstyles now. Which is nice, hopefully it stays that way. I'd hate the game to be filled with peashooters and cactus.

I might get it on my PC or when it comes to PS4. It seems... Incomplete. I dunno. Only 3 Modes too.

I'm playing it on the Xbox one right now, and it's tons of fun, even though there's not many game modes to choose from it's still great, well worth the $40!

Also want to hear folks thoughts on this. If it had come out earlier this year, and not two weeks before Titanfall, I would have probably just gotten it. Looks like amazing fun, a nice beautiful new twist on a solid theme.

It is 10 dollars more on the xbox one than the 360. I think that is because of all the extra stuff on the xbox one. Personally i think it looks fun and cant wait to play it on thursday night when i get it.

Edited by A Saturnalia: 2/26/2014 1:06:25 AMIt looks like Conker's 3rd person shooting game...which was alright.

Edited by Siffera: 2/26/2014 1:02:32 AMDespite my desire to play it. I'm not going to because of the Xbox One "exclusive" game modes.
