I'm a big fan of Counter Strike's "Defuse Mission" gametype as well as Call of Duty's "Search and Destroy", where the offensive team has to complete an objective and the defense has to stop them. There are several (3-10) rounds, one life per round (No re-spawning) And a team wins a point when they either kill the other team or accomplish their objective.
I would really want to see Bungie's take on this type of tactical gamemode in destiny. Having a gamemode with one-life rounds provides a slower paced tactical game to take a break from hectic "Team Deathmatch" modes. When you die, you sit back and watch the rest of the match unfold from a "Spectator" point of view, which allows you to study the map and watch your teammates' playstyles
Keep in mind that too many gamemodes could stretch the player-base too thin so it isn't the best idea to include a gamemode unless it would be really successful.
What do you guys think? Have any ideas of what an objective could be? (ie plant bomb at bomb site)

I'd like to see combo game types. For example, imagine in the middle of a TDM game, one team got an objective to capture a flag in the next min, and the other team gets an objective to protect the flag for a min. It would just provide bonus points/experience to that team and add a little twist to the standard TDM game.
