The death penalty is never justified
Why kill someone for killing another? It can't bring the dead back from their graves.
What is your view on the death penalty?

It's a colossal failure when that happens, because [i]the system is killing the very people it's supposed to protect.[/i] The possibility of that happening should not be tolerated [i]at all.[/i]
